摘 要:为了避免在突发地质灾害后的应急救援过程中发生二次灾害、保护应急人员的人身安全,本文基于GIS与地基雷达融合的空间信息测绘统计分析技术,研究地质灾害应急监测技术的应用。通过研究地基雷达测量原理,采用地基雷达干涉测量技术对海南陵水县吊罗山急救山体滑坡事例的情况进行分析,包括目标位置的确定、大气环境的修改等内容。分析结果显示,雷达干涉测量在灾害救援过程中具有较大的应用前景。In order to avoid the secondary disasters occur in the emergence relief after a sudden geological disaster and guarantee the safety of emergency relief workers, a geological disaster emergency monitoring method is studied in this paper based on the spatial infonnation surveying and mapping statistical analysis technology integrated with GIS and ground-based radar. The ground-based radar interferometry technique is used to analyze the landslide case of the Diaoluo Mountain in Lingshui county of Hainan Province, including the determination of the target location, modification of the atmospheric environment and more. The analysis results show that the radar interferometry has great application prospects in disaster relief.
