噻二唑衍生物作为润滑油添加剂的性能研究

摘  要:以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(DMTD)、正辛胺、正癸胺、氯乙酰氯为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂合成了两种新型噻二唑衍生物,作为可生物降解的润滑油添加剂.通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对产物结构进行检测,表征发现合成产物与设计的产物结构相同.采用热重分析仪测定了产物的热稳定性,发现其最低热分解温度为305℃,具有良好的热稳定性.测试了产物作为添加剂在菜籽油中的油溶性及其摩擦学性能,结果表明其在菜籽油中的溶解性高达2.13%,添加1.0%添加剂的润滑油其极压抗磨性能良好,其中正癸胺噻二唑的磨斑直径最小为0.31 mm,说明其抗磨性能最好.最后测试了产物的可生物降解性(以BDI指数表示)得知其BDI指数在80%左右,说明其可生物降解性能良好.A biodegradable lubricating oil additive thiazole derivatives are synthesized by 2,5-thiol-1,3,4-thiazolide, octylamine, decylamine and chloroethyl chloride as materials, dichloromethane as solvent and triethylamine as acid binding agent. The structure of the products is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. And the structure of the synthesized products is the same as that of the designed product. The thermal stability of the products is determined by thermogravimetric analyzer. It is found that the lowest thermal decomposition temperature is 305 ℃, and the product has good thermal stability. The oil solubility is tested in the vegetable oil and the tribological property is tested. The results show that the solubility in the vegetable oil is as high as 2.13%, The lubricating oil with 1.0% additive has good extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, and the minimum wear spot diameter is 0.31 mm. Finally, biodegradability(BDI index) is tested, and the BDI index is 80%, indicating that its biodegradability is good.
