摘  要:在采用食品级乙醇和明矾的前提下,通过微波辅助色素提取和超声波辅助色素上染来实现植物染料的绿色提取与生态染色.本研究中,采用微波(600 W)辅助乙醇浸提桑叶色素的最佳工艺为浸渍时间1 h、乙醇用量160 mL(料液比1∶40)、浸渍温度75℃;超声波(40 kHz)辅助桑叶色素上染锦氨织物的同浴媒染法最佳工艺为染色时间90 min、保温温度85℃、媒染剂(明矾)用量7.5%,所得染品不仅染色牢度均能满足生产要求,而且还具备了一定的抑菌和抗紫外性能.Under the premise of only using food-grade ethanol and alum, green extraction and ecological dyeing of ant dyestuffs are realized by microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasound-assisted dyeing of pigments. In this study, the optimum technology of extracting mulberry leaf pigments by microwave(600 W) assisted ethanol is soaking time 1 h, ethanol dosage 160 ml(solid-liquid ratio 1:40), and soaking temperature 75 ℃. The optimum metachrome process of dyeing nylon-ammonia fabric with mulberry leaf pigments assisted by ultrasonic wave(40 KHz) is dyeing time 90 minutes, holding temperature 85 ℃, and mordant agent(alum) dosage 7.5%. The dyed fabrics not only meet the requirements of production, but also have better bacteriostatic and UV resistant properties.
