过敏性鼻炎患者应用组胺受体拮抗剂联合白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究过敏性鼻炎患者应用组胺受体拮抗剂联合白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗的效果。方法:收治过敏性鼻炎患者86例,分为两组,各43例。治疗中分别联合使用组胺受体拮抗剂、白三烯受体拮抗剂(试验组),单纯使用组胺受体拮抗剂(对照组),对比两组疗效。结果:试验组临床总有效率97.67%,远高于对照组的86.05%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者应用组胺受体拮抗剂联合白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗,能提高疗效,快速减轻病症。Objective:To explore the effect of histamine receptor antagonist combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:86 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group,they were treated with histamine receptor antagonist,leukotriene receptor antagonist(the experimental group) and histamine receptor antagonist(the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.67%,which was much higher than 86.05% of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of histamine receptor antagonist combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve the curative effect and alleviate the symptoms rapidly.
