摘 要:将石化火灾分为罐区火灾和装置火灾,分别对灭火救援装备进行需求分析。针对罐区火灾的火情侦察、灭火战斗、泡沫输转、火场供水等处置过程,以及装置火灾的火情侦察、疏散救人、泄漏处置和火场通信等,在具体行动和所处环境的不同特点基础上,提出对灭火救援装备的特殊需求。有效地避免了装备调集的盲目性和使用的不合理性,有利于保障灭火救援装备充足且发挥最佳效能,对于提高石化火灾扑救效益具有科学的指导意义。The petrochemical fire is divided into tank area fire and device fire. Requirement analysis of the firefighting equipment is conducted separately. Against the process of tank area fire including fire reconnaissance, firefighting, foam transfer, fire water supply, and the process of device fire including fire reconnaissance, evacuation and rescue, leakage disposal and fire communication, the special needs of firefighting and rescue equipment are put forward according to the characteristics of each specific action and the environment.It effectively avoids the blindness of equipment mobilization and unreasonable usage, is helpful to ensure sufficient firefighting and rescue equipment and give full play to the best efficiency, and has scientific guiding significance for improving the efficiency of petrochemical firefighting and rescue.
