摘　　要：当前,内蒙古自治区脱贫攻坚战取得决定性进展,但脱贫攻坚任务仍然艰巨。各省扶贫工作的当务之急是要建立符合当地情况的扶贫长效机制。主要从打好深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚战、做好脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略相结合、实现扶贫与扶志扶智相结合等三方面着手。以此确保到2020年我国现行标准下农村贫困人口实现脱贫,贫困县全部摘帽,解决区域性整体贫困,做到脱真贫、真脱贫。At present, decisive progress has been made in the fight against poverty. But the task of lifting people out of poverty remains arduous. Therefore, the urgent task of provincial poverty alleviation is to establish a long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation in line with local conditions. We should focus on the following three aspects: fighting poverty in the poor areas, combining poverty alleviation with rural revitalization strategies, and realizing the combination of poverty alleviation with ambition and wisdom. In this way, we will ensure that all the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty by 2020, and all poor counties will get rid of poverty,so as to address overall regional poverty and lift themselves out of poverty.
