摘 要:SAGD技术是开采稠油的一种有效开发方式,辽河油田从20世纪90年代开始进行了SAGD采油工艺的研究与实践,已经形成了高干度集中注汽、大排量举升和高温输油及集中换热主体工艺,能够满足目前已转井组的SAGD生产,但随着SAGD的技术的推广应用,提高效能是SAGD后续发展必须要面对的课题,通过技术创新和升级,努力提高热效率、改善开发效果、提高油气比、综合利用热能等都是提高SAGD效能的手段,对拓宽SAGD技术应用界限和降低开采成本意义重大。SAGD technology is an effective way to exploit heavy oil. Since 1 990 s, Liaohe Oilfield has carried out the research and practice of SAGD production technology. It has formed the main processes of high dryness centralized steam injection, large displacement lifting, high temperature oil transportation and centralized heat exchange, which can satisfy the SAGD production of the rotary well group at present. However,with the popularization and application of SAGD technology, improving efficiency is the subsequent development of SAGD. Through technological innovation and upgrading, efforts to improve thermal efficiency, development effect, oil- gas ratio, and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy are all means to improve the efficiency of SAGD. It is of great significance to broaden the application limits of SAGD technology and reduce the cost of production.
