摘 要:为建立更高效的热力发电系统,实现煤的清洁利用,本文基于超临界水煤气化工艺,考虑汽轮机运行安全性和能源的高效利用,设计了新型发电系统,针对水煤浆质量浓度ω(Coal)为0.3~0.35工况计算了相应气化产物组分含量。利用化工流程软件建模,得出不同水煤浆浓度下系统各节点热力参数,并进行性能分析.结果显示,系统效率随水煤浆浓度提高而增大.针对水煤浆浓度ω(Coal)=0.35开展了凝气式和背压式汽轮机的性能计算与分析,为汽轮机的实际应用设计提供参考。In order to build a more efficient thermal power generation system and realize the clean utilization of coal, a novel power generation system is designed based on coal and supercritical water gasification process, considering the safety of steam turbine operation and the efficient utilization of energy. The component content of gasification products is calculated under the conditions of 0.3~0.35 coal water slurry(CWS) mass concentration. The thermodynamic parameters of the nodes of the system under different CWS concentrations are obtained and the performance analysis is carried out by modeling the system in chemical process software. The results show that with the growth of CWS concentration, the efficiency of the system increases. The performance calculation and analysis of condensing turbines and back-pressure turbines are carried out for 0.35 CWS mass concentration,which provide reference for practical application and design of steam turbines.
