摘 要:钢铁产业向来是中国经济不可或缺的产业,也是能源密集产业,在消耗大量资源的同时,也对环境造成了严重的危害。现行钢铁生产工艺中,高炉熔渣是主要副产物之一,带有大量高品位显热,流化床作为高炉熔渣余热回收的重要装置,在高炉熔渣余热回收领域占据重要的地位,本文提出一种高炉熔渣流化床的优化装置,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)研究冷态、低温、高温三种工况下颗粒粒径及流化风速对熔渣颗粒的换热效果的影响.研究结果表明:流化风速与颗粒相的流化高度之间成正相关;冷态工况时,在流化状态下,入风口风速与熔渣颗粒粒径对换热的效果影响不大;流化床换热主要集中在布风板处和入料口下部区域。The steel industry has always been an indispensable industry in China’s economy, and it is also an energy-intensive industry. In the cold state, the air velocity at the inlet and the particle size of the slag have little effect on the heat transfer in the fluidized state;The heat exchange of the chemical bed is mainly concentrated in the air distribution plate and the lower part of the inlet.
