摘  要:某场面监视雷达天线尺寸大,方位回转速度高,要求工作寿命长,给天线主要承载件——方位回转主轴的疲劳寿命提出了很高的要求。为了得到主轴的疲劳寿命,文中根据主轴的承载状态,对主轴材料0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb进行了力学性能及疲劳强度的测定;依据试验结果及产品使用地的风力信息,基于ANSYS Workbench静力学分析及疲劳分析模块,得到了主轴在99.9%的置信度下的疲劳寿命为1.345×107h,约为要求寿命的150倍,可满足使用要求。同时为主轴的使用及优化提供了依据。A surface monitoring radar is large in size and has relatively high azimuth rotating speeds,and also,long working life is required. All these put forward higher request for the fatigue life of the main load-bearing component of the antenna-the azimuth rotating shaft. For achieving the fatigue life of the main shaft,according to the loading status,the mechanical capability and fatigue strength of the material 0 Cr17 Ni4 Cu4 Nb are measured;by using static anslysis through Fatigue Tool module of ANSYS Workbench based on experimental results and wind power information,the fatigue life in 99.9 percent confidence level is 1.345×107 hours,which is about 150 times longer than the required. And the results provide the basis for the use and optimization of the main shaft.
