基于回归理论的伊犁州直公共管理和社会组织行业从业人数实证分析与预测

摘　　要：本文基于线性回归理论,以伊犁州2005-2017年公共管理和社会组织行业的从业人数为基础数据,运用SPSS软件对数据进行处理分析,对模型进行显著性检验,综合各种因素确定最终一元线性回归模型,并对伊犁州未来3年该行业的从业人数做出预测,为伊犁州党委、政府制定相关经济政策和发展战略提供科学依据.Based on the theory of linear regression, this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the basic data of employee number in public management and social organization industries in Yili state from 2005 to 2017, makes a significant test of the modeland combine various factors to confirm the final unitary linear regression model. Then, the number of employees who have been in the industry for the next three years in Yili will be predicted. It provides scientific basis for the party committee and government to formulate relevant economic policies and development strategies.
