摘　　要：现代物流体系的快速发展,引起了社会广泛的关注与重视,更成为了大量企业参与市场竞争过程中赢取实力的核心所在。对于农村连锁超市而言,在日常经营管理活动中呈现出了点多且面广的特点,如何进一步强化物流管理,使物流管理成为农村连锁超市全面提升经济效益与社会效益的全新增长点,已成为农村连锁超市经营管理的主要内容。本文即以农村连锁超市物流管理为研究对象,在概述农村连锁超市物流配送模式现状与特点的基础之上,针对农村连锁超市物流管理工作中存在的不足进行分析,最后面向农村连锁超市物流管理发展提出了几点意见与建议,望能够引起业内人士的高度关注与重视。The rapid development of modern logistics system has aroused wide attention and attention to the society,and has become the core of a large number of enterprises to participate in the market competition.For the rural chain supermarket,it has shown a lot of characteristics in the daily management and management activities.How to further strengthen the logistics management,make the logistics management become the new growth point of the rural chain supermarket to improve the economic and social benefits in an all-round way,and has become the main content of the management of the supermarket chain supermarket.This article takes the logistics management of the rural supermarket chain supermarket as the research object.On the basis of summarizing the current situation and characteristics of the mode of logistics compensation and distribution in the rural supermarket chain supermarket,it analyzes the shortcomings of the logistics management in the rural supermarket chain supermarket,and finally puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the logistics management exhibition of the rural chain supermarket.Hope can attract the attention and attention of the industry.
