浅析获取“赠品”业务处理流程——基于用友U8 V10.1财务软件

摘　　要：赠品是企业促销中常见的一种营销手段。在用友U8V10.1财务软件中对于采购无偿获取赠品业务核算流程与普通采购业务有所差异。采购普通商品,在业务核算流程中,需要填制采购入库单、采购专用票,完成采购结算和账务处理。而取得的赠品,因其获取赠品的无偿性,在业务核流程中只需要填制采购入库单、不需要核算采购成本。Gift is a common marketing method in the promotion of enterprises.In UFIDA U8 V10.1 financial software,there is a difference between the accounting process of free gift acquisition business and general procurement business.In order to purchase ordinary goods,in the business accounting process,we need to fill up purchase purchase orders,purchase special tickets,and complete procurement settlement and accounting treatment.As a result,due to the gratuitous nature of the gift,the gift only needs to fill in the purchase order and do not need to calculate the purchase cost in the business process.
