应用型高校教学秘书的定位与创新

摘　　要：本文阐述了顺应新形势下高校教务管理的转变,教学秘书应当同时具备三重角色;通过对福建江夏学院目前教学秘书队伍数据方面的分析,阐述了教学秘书队伍中存在的问题;进而提出应用型高校要以“人本”教育服务理念为先导,实行多元化教务管理,不断优化教学秘书的外部创新环境,同时,教学秘书在高校向应用型转型的过程中应当勇于创新管理理念和方法,努力提升自我。This paper expounds the transformation of educational administration under the new situation,and the teaching secretary should have three roles at the same time.Through the relevant teaching secretary of fujian jiangxia college team on data analysis,the current teaching secretary related problems are reasonably described,and applied to"people-oriented"education in colleges and universities service concept as the guide,to diversify educational administration,continuously optimize the teaching secretary's external innovation environment,at the same time,in the process of teaching secretary in university to the practical transformation should strive to improve yourself,innovative management ideas and methods.
