摘　　要：开展领导干部自然资源资产离任审计是按照国家相关法律法规,对领导干部自然资源资产受托管理责任的履行情况进行监督和控制,是新时代中国特色社会主义环境审计的重大创新。本文主要阐述地理国情监测服务领导干部自然资源资产离任审计的内容与思路,方法具有可操作性,审计结果可行可靠,并且通过基本农田保护审计实例验证了取得的效果。According to the Chinese relevant national laws and regulations, auditing the natural resources departure which is managed by outgoing officials, not only contributes to supervising and controlling the implementation of accountability management of leading cadres of the natural resource assets, but also is a major innovation in new era of socialism Chinese characteristics of environmental auditing. The content and ideas, how national geographical condition monitoring services to the audit of natural resources departure managed by outgoing officials, are provided in details in this paper. The practical application shows the feasibility and veracity of this approach, and the results are satisfied by comptrollers.
