摘　　要：落脚于本土价值链分工联系,从空间耦合视角探讨产业转型与劳动力市场发展的关系及其作用机制。以江苏地级市数据为考察对象,定量考察揭示本土价值链分工联系日益凸显的空间分异特征,进而表明产业转型与劳动力市场空间耦合水平仍存在较大提升空间。基于空间面板分析,实证研究一方面证实,江苏产业转型与劳动力市场发展的跨区域空间外溢作用是存在的,但更主要表现为竞争关系;另一方面,就本土价值链构建的空间外溢作用而言,其主要表现出对第二产业就业的促进作用,对第三产业就业增长效应反而为负。进一步分析表明,本土价值链分工联系通过削弱产业结构转型对劳动力市场发展的不利影响而促进后者发展。Based on the local value chain, this paper explores the spatial coupling relationship between industrial transformation and labor market and its mechanism. The quantitative results from a survey of some cities in Jiangsu reveal an apparent spatial differentiation of local value chain. They also show a low level of industrial transformation and labor market development. Based on spatial panel models, further empirical research confirms the existence of cross-regional spatial spillover effects within industrial transformation and labor market, mainly in the form of competition. On the other hand, it confirms the positive spatial spillover effects of local value chain on the secondary industry and its negative effects on the tertiary industry. Finally, the findings show that the local value chain has weakened the adverse impacts of industrial transformation on labor market, and ultimately promotes the development of the latter.
