摘 要:为研究醇基燃料锅炉炉膛设计方法,比较了醇基燃料与燃煤燃烧产生的烟气特性。结果显示,两种燃料的理论空气量和理论氮气量几乎相同,但理论水蒸气量相差很大,大幅影响炉膛传热过程;由于烟气成分变化很大,烟气黑度变化也很大。对于同一个10 t/h链条锅炉炉膛结构,燃烧醇基燃料的炉膛出口烟气温度明显低于燃煤锅炉,表明烟气特性对炉内传热过程以及下游受热面的对流传热过程影响很大。在许多参数目前还没有工业测试数据支持的情况下,醇基燃料锅炉热力计算采用燃煤锅炉热力计算方法进行,结果尚可。In order to study the design method of furnace based on the alcohol-based fuel boiler, the flue gas characteristics of alcohol-based fuel and coal were compared. The results showed that the theoretical air volume and nitrogen volume of the two fuels were almost the same, but the theoretical difference in steam volume was large enough to greatly affect the heat transfer process of the furnace. Due to the large change in the flue gas composition, smoke blackness changes were also great. For the same 10 t/h chain boiler furnace structure, the flue gas temperature of the furnace outlet of the alcohol-based fuel was significantly lower than that of the coal-fired boiler. It indicated that the flue gas characteristics had a great influence on the heat transfer process in the furnace and the convective heat transfer process on the downstream heating surface. The thermal calculation method of coal-fired boiler was used to calculate the thermal performance of alcohol-based fuel boiler, and the results were acceptable.
