摘　　要：介绍了益兴焦化股份有限公司脱硫工序先后采用的3种硫泡沫处理工艺:三足式离心机分离、真空过滤机抽滤、内分式熔硫釜处理,分析了前两种工艺存在的问题,并针对这些问题,将脱硫硫泡沫处理改造为第3种内分式溶硫釜处理工艺。介绍了内分式熔硫釜处理工艺的优势及工艺流程。经过改造,硫泡沫处理实现了连续进料、连续排液、间断放硫的工艺过程,解决了原来硫膏产品滞销的问题,整个生产过程无三废排放,符合环保要求。A brief introduction was given to the 3 kinds of sulfur foam treatment processes applied in the desulfurization process of Yixing Coking Co., Ltd.: three-column centrifuge separation, vacuum filter filtration and internally separated sulfur melting kettle treatment. The problems of the first 2 processes were analyzed. In view of these problems, the sulfur foam treatment system was transformed into the third process: internally separated sulfur melting kettle treatment, and its advantages and process flow were introduced. After the modification, sulfur foam treatment had realized the process of continuous feeding, continuous liquid drainage and intermittent sulfur release, solving the problem of unsalable product of the original sulfur paste. And the whole production process had no wastes discharge, which met the requirements of environmental protection.
