摘  要:目的:探索饥饿状态下大脑自发神经活动的变化情况及其与血糖、食欲素和饥饿素水平的相关性。方法:采集22名饥饿状态下(禁食20 h后)及与之匹配的19名非饥饿状态下受试者的静息态f MRI数据,采用双样本t检验比较组间全脑标准化低频振幅值(mean amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,m ALFF)的差异,将差异脑区的m ALFF值提取出来分别与血糖水平、饥饿素和食欲素水平进行Pearson相关分析。结果:与非饥饿组相比,饥饿组受试者左侧脑岛m ALFF值显著增高,右侧前额叶皮层m ALFF值显著降低(单个体素P <0. 001,体素数≥20)。Pearson相关分析显示,饥饿组受试者左侧脑岛m ALFF值与食欲素A水平呈正相关(r=0. 45,P <0. 05)。结论:饥饿状态下脑岛和前额叶皮层的自发神经活动发生改变,且左侧脑岛的自发神经活动与食欲素A水平相关。研究结果提示,脑岛和前额叶皮层脑区的自发神经活动变化与个体饥饿感密切相关。Objective: Investigating the effects of hunger on spontaneous neuronal activity of the brain,and the relationship between spontaneous neuronal activity of the brain and the plasma levels of ghrelin,orexin A and glucose,were also explored.Methods: 22 healthy male Han Chinese were recruited to undergo 20 h of food deprivation,and another 19 matched individuals were on a regular diet. Then all the subjects completed resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scan. Two sample t test was applied to explore the difference of mALFF between hunger and non-hunger groups,and then the correlations between mALFF in differentiated brain areas and the levels of ghrelin,orexin A and glucose were also explored.Results: Compared to non-hunger group,hunger group showed increased mALFF in the left insula and decreased mALFF in right prefrontal cortex. Besides,there was a negative correlation between mALFF in the left insula and the plasma orexin A level in hunger group.Conclusion: Changed spontaneous brain activity in the insula and prefrontal cortex were found in hunger state,and there was a positive correlation between spontaneous brain activity in the left insula and the plasma orexin A level in hunger group,which will promote deepen our understanding of the mechanism of hunger feelings.
