摘　　要：现阶段,我国新型农业经营主体发展以市场为导向呈多元化趋势。在经济社会转型这一大背景下,应当通过持续完善农村土地政策、加大对新型农业经营主体的引导与扶持力度、创新完善金融服务、提升新型农业经营主体组织化水平、建立健全农业社会化服务体系等政策措施,为新型农业经营主体的健康发展提供保障。At the present stage,the development of the new-type agricultural businesses in China is market-oriented and diversified. Under the background of economic and social transformation,we should continue to improve the rural land policy,strengthen the guidance and support for new types of agricultural businesses and innovate and improve financial services. We should also improve the organizational level of new types of agricultural businesses,and establish and improve the service system of agricultural socialization,so as to ensure the healthy development of the new types of agricultural businesses.
