摘  要:目的:运用R语言程序研究汉防己甲素高血压基因靶点。方法:基于STITCH、Pubchem和HPRD数据库,运用R语言程序研究汉防己甲素相关基因的高血压疾病网络,应用DAVID平台进行靶点的功能富集分析、通路富集分析。结果:汉防己甲素共获得了117个与高血压相关的靶点。结论:通过R语言编程进行数据库筛选,深度挖掘中药化学成分的疾病作用靶点,研究其潜在分子机制,为研究提供方向指南。Objective:To study the hypertensive gene target of tetrandrine by R language program.Methods:Based on STITCH,Pubchem and HPRD databases,the R language program was used to study the hypertensive disease network of tetrandrine-related genes,and the DAVID platform was used for target function enrichment analysis and pathway enrichment analysis.Results:A total of 117 targets related to hypertension were obtained for tetrandrine.Conclusion:Through R language programming,it can be used for database screening,deep exploration of disease target of chemical components in traditional Chinese medicines and studying potential molecular mechanism,which provide directions for research.
