摘　　要：随着我国公立医院改革不断地深入,大型三甲医院信息化、数字化的发展已成为当前医疗行业必然发展趋势。完善的医院信息化、数字化发展通常由几十个甚至上百个信息子系统来支撑,诸多系统不一定采用统一厂商,其数据格式、协议标准、接口方式等不尽相同,而且各系统间通常需要数据交互和信息共享。因此,如何有效地构建一套平台,高度集成这些庞杂的系统,使得业务协同、信息共享、数据利用,逐渐成为医院信息化、数字化发展亟待解决的问题。With the continuous deepening of the reform of public hospitals in China, the development of informatization and digitization of largescale top three hospitals has become an inevitable development trend of the current medical industry. The perfect hospital informationization and digital development are usually supported by dozens or even hundreds of information subsystems. Many systems do not necessarily use unified vendors. Their data formats, protocol standards, interface methods, etc. are different, and usually between systems. Data interaction and information sharing are required. Therefore, how to effectively build a platform and highly integrate these complex systems, so that business collaboration, information sharing, and data utilization have gradually become problems in hospital informationization and digital development.
