摘　　要：近些年,大数据概念被人们逐渐了解,借助信息技术发展变革的潮流,人们的工作方式与生活方式也在悄然发生着变化。针对目前政府公共管理的一些共性问题,人们可以利用大数据的优势对百姓问题反馈、公共管理程序简化等进行进一步的优化,利用飞速发展的网络信息技术来助力公共管理工作。In recent years, people come to master the big data technology. The development of information technology has gradually brought changes in the way people work and live. Concerning those common issues in the government public management, big data technology can play great roles in further optimizing problem feedback and simplification of public management procedures. The fast developing Internet technology can help public management.
