摘 要:利用自建的光伏电站实验平台,对单晶硅组件、多晶硅组件、非晶硅薄膜组件和铜铟镓硒组件四类系统的发电性能进行长期监测。通过定义组件类型综合效率K1'、结合灰尘清洁及光谱响应表征,研究组分析了发电性能的主要影响因子。从研究结果看:镀膜光伏组件的发电性能优于采用同种运维清洗方案的非镀膜光伏组件,单晶硅光伏组件、多晶硅光伏组件和铜铟镓硒光伏组件性能基本一致,非晶硅薄膜光伏组件相比前三者稍弱。This project uses the self-built photovoltaic power plant demonstration platform to conduct long-term monitoring of the power generation performance of four types of systems,namely monocrystalline silicon modules,polycrystalline silicon modules,amorphous silicon thin film modules and copper indium gallium selenide modules.By defining the component type overall efficiency K1',combined with dust cleaning and spectral response characterization,the research team analyzed the main influencing factors of power generation performance.The results show that the power generation performance of coated PV modules is better than that of non-coated PV modules using the same type of operation and maintenance cleaning scheme.The performance of monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules,polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and copper indium gallium selenide photovoltaic modules is basically the same,and amorphous silicon film photovoltaic components are slightly weaker than the former three.
