摘　　要：刑事案件报道是法治新闻报道中最为常见的种类,因其重要性、显著性、刺激性的特点广受公众关注。从2007年至2017年,人民网加大了对刑事案件的关注程度,报道数量总体上呈现递增的趋势。人民网较为偏重官方权威声音,体现出明显的"宣传导向框架"。在分析中发现,人民网刑事案件报道原创新闻数量远远少于转载新闻数量,网站独创性和原创性弱,消息和评论占绝大部分,缺少通讯、专访、特稿等长篇幅的深度报道,缺少当事人及亲属的话语,未体现"情感倾向框架",因此建议其在原创力度、体裁运用和信源采用等方面加以完善。The coverage of criminal cases is the most common type of legal news reports because of importance, significance and stimulation. People’s Daily Online has raised the concern and increased the overall number of major criminal cases from 2007 to 2017. It focuses on the perspective of official authoritative views to embody the theme of "publicity oriented frame". The study finds that the number of original news is much smaller than the number of reprinted news. It means that the official news website is lack of uniqueness and originality. There are a lot of messages and comments but not enough in-depth reports, quotations, and "emotional tendencies framework". Therefore,the author suggests that the coverage needs to be original, more diverse and in-depth reports and more cite more credible sources.
