摘　　要：本文对南京临时政府内务部"民国暂行报律"的两份档案文献进行了思考和辨析;而后梳理了"民国暂行报律事件"在新闻史著作中的书写呈现,并对"民国暂行报律"制颁者身份定位、时间把握、孙中山取消"民国暂行报律"原因等相关史实进行了考释。This article analyzes and compares the two documents related to the Temporary Regulation of the Press during the Republic of China Period issued by the Nanjing Provisional Government and sorts out the presentation of "Republic of China's Temporary Newspaper Regulation incident" in the journalism history. The author also looks into the identity of the issuer, the timing of issuance of the Regulation and the facts around Sun Yat-sen*s cancellation of the Regulation.
