综合护理对艾滋病合并口腔念球菌感染患者的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对艾滋病合并口腔念球菌感染患者的临床意义。方法 80例艾滋病合并口腔念球菌感染患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用综合护理。比较两组患者护理满意度。结果试验组患者护理满意度为90.0%高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病合并口腔念球菌感染患者使用综合护理可以有效提高护理满意度,提高护理质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing in acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with oral candida infection.Methods A total of 80 acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with oral candida infection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction degree in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had nursing satisfaction degree as 90.0%,which was 72.5%in the control group.The experimental group had higher clinical satisfaction degree after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with oral Candida infection can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and quality,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
