摘　　要："四君八珍"之一的中药茯苓在我国食用已有2000余年,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心等功效。通过检索PubMed和Scifinder等数据库显示,茯苓主要含有的化学成分是多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类等,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、提高记忆力、调节泌尿系统、降血糖、降血脂、镇静、催眠、保肝等多种生物活性。本文对近50年来茯苓的化学成分和生物活性的研究进行综述,以期为该真菌的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。Poria cocos Wolf,commonly known as‘Fu-Ling’,is a medicinal fungus,and it has long been utilized for its diuretic,tonic and sedative effects.According to databases such as PubMed and Scifinder,the main chemical constituents of Poria cocos are polysaccharides,triterpenes and sterols.The main pharmacological effects are anticancer,immunomodulation,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,anti-aging,memory improvement,urinary systems regulation,antihyperglycemia and antilipemic,sedation and hypnosis,hepatoprotective,etc.Combining with the relevant literature,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Poria cocos Wolf are reviewed in this paper so as to present some sights for further application research and development.
