文化产业有效促进城市创新驱动发展研究——以河北省石家庄市为例

摘　　要：城市创新驱动是以创新为核心驱动力的城市发展新模式。城市通过创新获得发展新动能,实现城市转型升级,推动经济发展。其落脚点在于塑造城市形象,提升城市品质。文化产业在促进传统产业结构调整、助推工业化城市向现代化都市转型、引领数字科技、以时尚消费促进城市综合发展、提升城市文化品味和吸纳劳动力方面都为城市创新驱动提供了最佳的发展策略选择。以省会城市石家庄市为例,以文化产业与城市创新驱动发展融合为视角,通过对石家庄文化产业发展现状和问题的研究,在创意、制度、产业、科技、人才等五个层面提出可行性对策,以实现文化产业发展与城市创新驱动的有效对接,进而为打造创新型城市提供路径指引。Urban innovation drives a new model of urban development with innovation as the core driving force. Through innovation,cities can develop new kinetic energy,realize urban transformation and upgrading,and promote economic development. Its foothold is to shape the image of the city and enhance the quality of the city. The cultural industry provides the best development strategy for urban innovation drive in promoting the adjustment of traditional industrial structure,promoting the transformation of industrialized cities to modern cities,leading digital technology,promoting urban comprehensive development through fashion consumption,enhancing urban cultural taste and absorbing labor,select. Taking Shijiazhuang City,a provincial capital city as an example,taking the cultural industry and urban innovation to drive development and integration as an aspect,through the research on the status quo and problems of Shijiazhuang cultural industry development,proposing feasible countermeasures at five levels: creativity,system,industry,science and technology and talents. In order to achieve effective linkage between cultural industry development and urban innovation drive,and provide path guidance for building innovative cities.
