摘　　要：高职院校的思政课是立德树人的关键课程,而"工匠精神"是传统文化的精华之一,二者的结合是必要的,也是可能的,更是可操作的。首先,二者的结合具有现实依据,既有政策的倡导,又有经验的借鉴。其次,二者的结合也是可能的,表现为培养内容一致、培养目标一致和培养方法一致。最后,二者结合的途径是可操作的。一方面要从行政倡导、师资支持和课程规划等方面创设外部环境,另一方面是把"工匠精神"的热爱、专注、求精、创新等特点融入思政课堂。"Craftsman spirit"is one of the essences of traditional culture. The publicity and advocacy of "craftsman spirit"will not only contribute to ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also double its effect.The combination of ideological and political education and craftsman spirit is have realistic basis The possibility is shown in the fact that they are consistent in contents,objectives and methods. The combination of ideological and political education and craftsman spirit can be carried out from two aspects. On the one hand,create an external environment;on the other hand,integrate the characteristics of"artisan spirit",such as love,concentration,refinement and innovation of"craftsman spirit",into the ideological and political class. As a kind of culture,"craftsman spirit"has the necessity of inheritance and development. As a kind of professional ethics,"craftsman spirit"is an indispensable auxiliary agent for ideological and political education in our vocational colleges.
