评价氟康唑与达克宁栓联合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的在复发性念珠菌性阴道炎治疗中应用氟康唑联合达克宁栓方案,评价疗效。方法随机分配复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者74例,分成两组各37例后分别实施达克宁栓治疗与联合氟康唑治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、不良反应、复发率。结果治疗组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、复发率均更优对照组结果。结论氟康唑联合达克宁栓治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎,康复效果更优。Objective:to evaluate the efficacy of fluconazole combined with dactyl suppository in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis.Methods:74 patients with recurrent candida vaginitis were randomly assigned and divided into two groups(37 patients in each group),and then treated with daconine suppository and fluconazole respectively.Results:the clinical effect,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:fluconazole combined with dactyl suppository in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis has better recovery effect.
