摘　　要：设计了一种具有支架可调节烟尘采样枪,该支架可以利用其夹持机构方便地固定烟尘采样枪,通过电机驱动和螺纹杆传动机构使采样枪在一定高度范围内进行上下移动,并利用齿轮传动机构和限位杆机构实现对采样枪角度的调节。同时,在采样枪固定支撑后还可以进行高度和角度的调节。该支架为烟尘采样枪提供了支撑,有效减轻采样人力,同时可以实现高度和角度的调节,满足烟尘采集使用的多种需求,方便采样枪的移动和固定,使用方便,易于推广。In this paper, a smoke sampling gun with adjustable bracket is designed. The bracket can not only fix the sampling gun conveniently by its clamping mechanism, but also make the gun move up and down in a certain height range by motor drive and screw drive mechanism. It can also adjust the angle of the gun by gear drive mechanism and limit rod mechanism. It can also adjust the height and angle after the gun is already fixed. The bracket meets the various needs of sampling, such as provides support for the gun, effectively reduces the sampling manpower, and realizes the adjustment of height and angle, facilitates the movement and fixation of the sampling gun. The smoke sampling gun with adjustable bracket is easy to use and popularize.
