摘　　要：标准厂房的开发建设对于优化资源配置,缓解用地紧张,促进中小企业发展等具有重要作用,但实际上,由于缺乏有效规划、基础设施建设滞后、园区行业混杂,同时缺乏有效监管手段,已形成较大环境隐患。本文以武汉某开发区为例,从开发区标准厂房环境管理问题入手,在分析环境管理存在的突出问题及其成因的基础上,探讨了工业园区标准厂房在环境管理中应采取的主要对策。The development and construction of standard factory buildings play an important role in optimizing resource allocation, alleviating land shortage and promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. But in fact, due to the lack of effective planning, lagging infrastructure construction, mixed industries in parks, as well as the lack of effective regulatory means, a greater environmental risk has been formed. This paper takes a development zone in Wuhan as an example, starting with the environmental management problems of standard factory buildings in the development zone, analyses the outstanding problems in environmental management and their causes, discusses the main countermeasures that should be taken in environmental management of standard factory buildings in the industrial park.
