摘 要:目的:应用同步辐射衍射增强和类同轴成像两种技术分别进行小鼠正常肾脏和病变肾脏(慢性肾小球肾炎)模型成像研究,探讨比较同步辐射成像技术在肾脏病变组织成像以及研究病变模式方面的意义。方法:正常及慢性肾小球肾炎模型的样品经过甲醛溶液固定后,置于相应光路的样品架上进行成像,观察正常及病变肾脏组织的形态、结构差异,并与病理进行对照。结果:衍射增强成像(DEI)的腰位成像和类同轴成像实验中样品与成像板有效距离z为150cm获得的肾脏成像,具有相对较高的组织衬度。两种成像技术之间均具有较好的成像衬度及分辨率。结论:同步辐射技术均能较好显示肾脏的微细解剖结构,获得与病理一致的成像效果。Purpose: Unlike conventional X-rays absorption imaging on mechanism, one new technique named phase contrast imaging(PCI) may give rise to higher resolution and reveal more microstructure information which especially adapt to light element. The study aims to evaluate the meaning of the PCI with Synchrotron radiation(SR)in mouse kidney experiment. Materials: At 4 W1 A line in the BSRF( Beijing synchrotron radiation facility) and BL13 W line in the SSRF(Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility), the mouse kidney tissues(including normal and CGN)were studied, which were excised basing on the size of the light source and then fixed on the sample holder. The PCI techniques were performed, and the image contrast and resolution were analyzed. Results: Microstructure and information including the structure were demonstrated which could not be revealed in the convention X-rays imaging.The images resolution reach to micrometer grade by magnifying calculation and matching to pathology results.Conclusion: The phase contrast imaging is a good imaging model which shows the minute change by improving image resolution and contrast. Basing on the excellent tissue contrast and resolution matching with pathology, many difficult problems in the actual clinic such as renal disease mechanisms at the early time may be well solved.
