摘 要:与矿场常用聚合物凝胶相比,聚合物微球具有堵大不堵小,粒径分布较窄等优点,由此表现出"封堵-运移-封堵"的独特渗流特性。同时,聚合物凝胶封堵效果好,液流转向效果明显,不过对低渗层有一定伤害,存在剖面反转现象。为满足矿场实际需要,本文初步研究了Cr^(3+)聚合物凝胶和聚合物微球两种调驱剂类型及其注入方式对增油降水效果的影响。表征实验结果表明,AST聚合物微球初始粒径中值在2μm左右,水化240h后膨胀倍数大于8;同时,AST聚合物微球的粒径分布较窄,微观形貌为不规则球形;Cr^(3+)聚合物凝胶分子线团尺寸粒径分布较宽,微观形貌为片网状结构。岩心驱替结果表明,在渗透率为Kg=500×10^(-3)m^2、1700×10^(-3)m^2和4500×10^(-3)m^2的三层非均质岩心条件下,段塞尺寸为0.1PV时,Cr^(3+)聚合物凝胶与水交替注入采收率增幅为12.8%,好于单一注入方式;调驱剂注入顺序结果表明,先注微球后注凝胶的注入顺序的采收率增幅为9.4%,好于先注凝胶后注微球。Compared with the commonly used polymer gel in the field,polymer microspheres have the advantages of large plugging,small particle size distribution and so on,which shows the unique seepage characteristics of “plugging-transport-plugging”.At the same time,polymer gel plugging effect is good,liquid flow diversion effect is obvious,but it has certain damage to low permeability layer,and there is profile inversion phenomenon.In order to meet the actual needs of the mine,this paper preliminarily studied the effects of two kinds of flooding agents,Cr^3+ polymer gel and polymer microspheres,and their injection mode on increasing oil and decreasing water.The experimental results show that the initial particle size of AST polymer microspheres is about 2m,and the expansion ratio is more than 8 after hydration 240h.At the same time,the particle size distribution of AST polymer microspheres is narrower and the microstructure is irregular spherical.The size distribution of Cr^3+ polymer gel molecules is wider and the microstructure is sheet-net structure.Core displacement results show that when the permeability is Kg= 500×10^-3m^2 、1700×10^-3m^2 and 4500×10^-3m^2,the slug size is 0.1PV,the EOR increase of polymer gel and water alternating injection is 12.8%,which is better than that of single injection.The result of injection sequence of profile control and flooding agent shows that the EOR increase of injecting polymer gel after injection of microspheres is 9.4%,which is better than that of another injection sequence.
