摘　　要：螺杆式启闭机是中小型水利工程中常用的一种机型,但其螺杆裸露在外,易产生锈蚀,涂抹在螺杆表面的润滑油脂易受污染,影响润滑效果和美观。闭式直推启闭机优化了螺杆式启闭机的减速系统,并增加了缸体、推杆等部件,使螺杆可在封闭空间内运动,传动效率更高、润滑效果更好、外型更美观、防腐性能更强;同时,闭式直推启闭机增设了双向载荷传感器,进一步提高启闭机的运行安全性。通过工程实际应用,闭式直推启闭机取得了良好的使用效果。The screw hoist is used in many middle and small water conservancy project, but its screw is easy to be rusted and corroded for being exposed to the outside environment, and the grease on the surface of the screw is easily polluted and affects the landscape. Comparing with screw hoist, the closed screw hoist has more efficient deceleration system and uses cylinder and push rod to make the screw to move in the enclosed space. The lubrication effect, appearance and anti-corrosion performance of closed screw hoist are better than screw hoist. Besides, a two-way load sensor is added to the closed screw hoist to improve the operation safety of the hoist. Through practical project application, the closed screw hoist has achieved good effect.
