摘 要:国外阳极焙烧炉火道墙寿命能达到140个火焰循环,按30小时一个火焰循环周期、每个火焰系统18室来计算,火道墙寿命约为8.6年.而国内焙烧炉火道墙寿命普遍较短,70~80个火焰周期,即4年左右.焙烧工艺追求的目标包含焙烧质量、燃气单耗、烟气排放效果、火道墙寿命、效率等,而炉况又直接影响焙烧质量、燃气单耗、排气排放效果.故对炭阳极工厂而言,焙烧炉是最重要的设备.本文从焙烧炉设计到工艺操作等分析影响火道墙寿命的各要素,并提出延长寿命的相应措施及建议.The flue wall life of anode baking furnaces abroad can reach 140 fire cycles. If calculated based on 30 - hour fire cycle and 18 sections in each fire system, the flue wall life is equivalent to about 8. 6 years. However, the flue wall life of domestic baking furnaces is generally shorter, which is 70 ~ 80 life cycles, equivalent to about 4 years. The targets pursued by the baking process involve the baking quality, gas unit consumption, gas emission effect, flue wall life and efficiency. The furnace conditions can directly affect the baking quality, gas unit consumption and the gas emission effect. As for carbon anode plants, the anode baking furnace is identified as the most important equipment. This paper is designed to analyze factors which influence the flue wall life from perspectives of baking furnace design and process operation, with measures and suggestions proposed to extend the flue wall life.
