摘 要:针对大型火电机组在AGC控制模式下大幅度变负荷的情况,讨论了稳定负荷的锅炉受热面污染监测模型无法适用于变负荷工况监测的原因。在传统稳态传热理论的基础上,采用动态补偿技术对传热过程中烟气和工质参数在变负荷过程中的响应差异进行了补偿修正,构建了适用于变负荷工况的吹灰受热面污染监测模型,有效抑制了清洁因子计算结果在变工况下的异常趋势,同时减缓了计算曲线波动,在全工况下加强了受热面污染监测模型的计算精度与适应性,具有重要的工程实际意义。In view of the situation of large thermal power units in China with large variable loads under AGC control mode,this paper discusses the reasons why the pollution monitoring model of boiler heating surface with stable load is not applicable to the monitoring of variable loads.Based on the traditional steady state heat transfer theory,a dynamic compensation technology was applied to compensate and correct the response difference between the flue gas in the heat transfer process and parameters of working medium in the process of varying load,build a monitoring model of blowing ash pollution of heating surface suitable for variable load condition.This model can effectively restrain the abnormal trend of the cleaning factor calculation results under the variable condition,slow down the calculation curve fluctuations,and strengthen the calculation accuracy and adaptability of heating surface pollution monitoring model under all conditions,having important practical significance.
