摘　　要：通过寻找影响再热汽温变动的影响因素,并从汽温变化的内在机理入手,结合现场实际的特点辨识出烟气挡板、喷水与再热汽温的动态特性模型,依据对象特性设计出符合锅炉实际运行情况的控制方案。通过现场调整试验,最终实现再热汽温智能控制的长期投运机组在动态变负荷下,再热汽温控制能够正确快速响应,使得变负荷过程的再热汽温能够平稳运行。在负荷稳定情况下,再热汽温控制回路可以有效克服内外扰动,并且汽温波动较小,满足运行人员要求。在系统优化后,管壁超温现象和喷水量明显下降,运行人员的操作强度也得到了较大降低。The dynamic characteristic models of flue gas baffle,water jet and reheat steam temperature were identified by exploring the influencing factors of reheat steam temperature variation,as well as researching the internal mechanism of steam temperature change and the field characteristics.The control scheme was designed according to the characteristics of the object.Through field adjustment test,the long-term operation unit with intelligent control of the reheat steam temperature is finally realized.Under dynamic variable load,the reheat steam temperature control can respond correctly and quickly,so that the reheat steam temperature in the process of variable load can run smoothly.When the load is stable,the reheat steam temperature control loop can effectively overcome the internal and external disturbance,and the small steam temperature fluctuation can meet the requirements of the operators.In addition,after the optimization of the system,the phenomenon of pipe wall overtemperature and the amount of water spraying decreased obviously,and the operating strength of the operators was greatly reduced.
