摘  要:闭式冷却水系统是电厂的重要系统,其作用是向冷却水质要求高的设备提供冷却水。闭式水系统的故障直接影响着主机设备、辅机设备的安全稳定运行。以华能营口热电厂1号机组闭式水系统窜入空气为出发点,找出了空压机冷却器内部管路破裂是引起闭式水窜入空气的主要原因。The closed cooling water system is an important system in power plant for its function to provide high-quality cooling water to equipments.The failure of closed water system directly affects the safe and stable operation of main and auxiliary equipments.Based on the case study of the closed water system of unit 1 in Huaneng Yingkou Co-generation Co.,Ltd.,it is found that the main cause of air accessing to the closed cooling water system is the pipeline rupture in the air compressor cooler.
