摘  要:目前大多数中小印刷企业采用手工排版和人工计价,难以满足互联网时代中小用户海量的碎片化需求。为此研发一套基于智能排样的快速报价系统。通过分析纸盒模型结构体单元特性,把常用纸盒模型优化组合成三类;基于纸板尺寸的选择和纸板纹向设计的原则,对每一类进行结构优化并求解出最佳排版方式;计算纸张利用率以选取最优者来进行结构化智能拼版;基于智能排版结果和各种工艺成本实现成本计算与产品的快速报价;采用C/S软件体系结构和Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis技术选型,实现一种基于Android平台与数据库技术的纸盒智能排版及快速报价系统。测试表明,智能排版后的纸张利用率较手工排版达到83%左右,报价耗时1.74 s,节约成本,提高效率,具有推广价值。At present,most small and medium-sized printing enterprises adopt manual typesetting and manual pricing,which is difficult to meet the massive fragmentation needs of small and medium-sized users in the Internet era.Therefore,we developed a rapid quotation system based on intelligent layout.By analyzing the structural unit characteristics of carton models,the commonly used carton models were optimized and grouped into three categories.Based on the principle of choosing the size of cardboard and cardboard pattern design,we optimized the structure of each category and found out the best layout method,and selected the best one by calculating the utilization ratio of paper.And the cost calculation and rapid quotation of products were realized based on the results of intelligent typesetting and various process costs.We adopted C/S architecture and Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis to implement intelligent typesetting and quick quotation system based on Android.The test results show that the paper utilization rate after intelligent typesetting is about 83%compared with manual typesetting,and the quotation time is 1.74 s,which saves cost and improves efficiency,and has popularization value.
