摘　　要：今年是改革开放40周年。改革开放40年来,价格改革作为经济体制改革的"突破口",担当了"关键"的重任,发挥了"排头兵"的作用,攻坚克难,砥砺前行,取得了举世瞩目的成就,基本实现了价格机制的转换,建立并逐步完善了社会主义市场价格体制,促进了经济体制改革,推动了经济社会发展和人民生活的提高,在中国改革开放历史篇章上写下了浓墨重彩的一笔,无愧于历史的重托。这归功于党中央坚强的领导,归功于全国人民的共同努力,也包括价格部门广大干部职工和广大价格理论工作者做出的贡献,功不可没。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, price reform, as the forerunner of economic system reform, has achieved remarkable achievements and established and gradually improved the socialist market price system. At the same time, it has accumulated a wealth of experience. Among them, one of the important experiences is to follow the law of value to carry out reforms. The author combs and summarizes the ideological basis for reform and opening up to follow the law of value. The Party Central Committee's three major theoretical breakthroughs in the relationship between the socialist economy and the commodity economy and the market economy, the relationship between the plan and the market, and the role of the value of the law, explain the author's The views of the“price double track system”and“price failures”appear in the price process. This paper also proposes a preliminary idea on how to follow the law of value in the new era.
