摘 要:为解决电动汽车动态无线供电系统中由于初级分段导轨线圈切换供电时存在电磁耦合机构互感急剧下降的问题,提出一种多导轨并联初级发射线圈结构。首先介绍了电动汽车动态无线供电系统及多导轨并联初级发射线圈的工作方式,其次利用互感耦合模型对整个电磁耦合机构进行电路拓扑分析,接着通过对多导轨并联初级发射线圈的结构参数进行仿真分析,得到多导轨并联初级发射线圈结构可以实现相邻分段导轨平滑切换,最后搭建系统实验平台验证了多导轨并联初级发射线圈的有效性与可行性。In the dynamic wireless power transfer system for electric vehicles,there is a sharp drop of the magnetic coupler due to the switching of the primary segmented lead-rail coil,so a multiple leadrail paralleled primary launching coil structure is proposed.Firstly,the principle of the dynamic wireless power transfer system and the working mode of the multiple lead-rail paralleled primary launching coil are introduced.Secondly,the circuit topology analysis of the whole magnetic coupler is carried out by the mutual inductance coupling model.Then,through the simulation analysis to the structure parameters of the multiple lead-rail paralleled primary launching coil,the multiple leadrail paralleled primary launching coil structure can achieve smooth switching between adjacent sectional rails.Finally,the experimental platform of the system is built to verify the validity and feasibility of the multiple lead-rail paralleled primary launching coil.
