摘 要:针对传统Sepic变换器电压增益低,电感电流纹波大,电磁干扰严重等不足,提出了具有磁集成技术的隔离型开关电感Sepic变换器,该变换器将传统Sepic变换器中的储能电感替代为开关电感,加入隔离变压器实现电气隔离,并将开关电感与变压器进行磁集成。详细分析了该变换器的工作过程,推导了电压增益表达式与电感电流纹波表达式,并给出了磁集成设计方案。该变换器电压增益为传统Sepic变换器的N(1+D)倍,电感电流纹波减小为传统Sepic变换器的一半。最后通过实验验证了所提变换器的合理性。For the traditional Sepic converter,the voltage gain is low,the inductance current ripple is large,and the electromagnetic interference is serious.With magnetic integration technology of isolation switches,puts forward the inductor Sepic converter,the converter will replace in energy storage inductors in traditional Sepic converter switch inductance Join the isolation transformer to realize electrical isolation,and to integrate the magnetic switch inductance and transformer.The working process of the converter is analyzed in detail,the expressions of voltage gain and inductively current ripple are derived,and the design scheme of magnetic integration is given.The voltage gain of the converter is N(1+D)times that of the conventional Sepic converter,and the ripple of inductance current is reduced by half as that of the conventional Sepic converter.Finally,the rationality of the proposed converter is verified by experiments.
