摘  要:基于Moldflow软件,以路灯灯罩塑件的翘曲变形为研究对象,设计了3种浇注系统方案并进行分析对比,从而确定最佳浇注系统;在此基础上设计了2种冷却系统和保压工艺方案,并进行了分析对比研究,最终使塑件的总翘曲变形量降至1.717 mm,较初始系统的总翘曲变形量(2.543 mm)下降了32.5%,塑件Z向翘曲变形量降至0.474 3 mm,较初始系统的翘曲变形量(1.312 mm)下降了63.9%。研究结果对缩短模具设计周期、提高模具设计质量、提升产品注塑质量具有重要的指导意义。With the characteristics of thin wall,large area and many holes,the road lamp shade plastic parts are very easy to appear in injection molding process,such as injection molding,uneven cooling,improper pressure protection and so on,resulting in warpage and distortion,which seriously affects the quality and service life of the plastic parts.In order to solve the above problems,based on Moldflow software,3 kinds of gating systems are designed and analyzed and compared to determine the best pouring system.On the basis of determining the best pouring system,2 cooling systems and pressure holding process schemes are designed and analyzed.In contrast,the total warpage of the plastic is reduced to 1.717 mm by 32.5% compared with the initial system 2.543 mm,and the Z warping deformation of the plastic parts to 0.474 3 mm is reduced by 63.9% compared with the initial system 1.312 mm.The research conclusion has important practical significance for shortening the design cycle,improving the quality of mold design and improving the quality of product injection molding.
