摘 要:考察了离子液体1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([OMIM][PF6])与传统增塑剂偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)单独增塑及复配增塑对氯醋树脂性能的影响,对增塑氯醋树脂的玻璃化转变温度、红外光谱、增塑剂迁移率以及热稳定性进行了分析测试。结果表明:离子液体[OMIM][PF6]具有与TOTM类似的增塑性能,可降低氯醋树脂的玻璃化转变温度,但热稳定性不如TOTM优异;当两者进行复配增塑时,特别是离子液体占增塑剂总体比例较大时,其增塑性能比两者单独添加时更加优异;当TOTM占增塑剂总体比例较大时,树脂具有更好的热稳定性。The effect of ionic liquid [OMIM][PF6], traditional plasticizer TOTM and IL/TOTM composite on the property of plasticized PVC-VAc resin was investigated. The glass transition temperature, infrared spectrum, plasticizer mobility and thermal stability of plasticized vinyl chloride resin were analyzed and tested. The results show that Ionic liquids [OMIM][PF6] has plasticizing properties similar to that of TOTM, which can reduce the glass transition temperature of vinyl chloride resin, but their thermal stability is not as good as that of TOTM. However,the thermal stability of [OMIM][PF6] plasticized PVC-VAc resin was not better than that of TOTM. When the two plasticizers are compounded, especially when ionic liquids account for a large proportion of plasticizers, their plasticizing performance is better than that when they are added separately. When the ratio of TOTM to plasticizer is large, the resin has better thermal stability.
