摘  要:尼日尔Agadem油田引进了STV阀和LPR-N阀两种APR测试工具,形成了两种三联作试油工艺管柱。为了弄清两者在现场应用的优势与不足,将两种工艺管柱与原试油工艺进行对比,并对现场应用情况进行统计分析。发现Agadem油田单井试油层位较多,LPR-N阀需要环空憋压开启,在层位较多的井让井筒处于来回憋压与放压的循环中,给套管带来疲劳破坏的风险,尤其是在低产液井,风险更高;而STV阀可以克服LPR-N阀的这一缺点,但在浅层地层使用受到限制。STV valve and LPR-N valve were introduced into Agadem oilfield and formed two sorts of combination technology string used in well site.In order to make certain the advantage and disadvantage of tools,the article compares the original testing technology with these two kindle technology strings;makes statistic and analysis of the site data of the two kindle combination technology.In Agadem oilfield,as one well has several testing formations,fatigue breakdown risk casing maybe increased.Because LPR-N valve needs to maintain pressure to hold open,which makes casing in the circle of maintaining and releasing pressure.Risk is especially high in low fluid wells.STV valve could solve the problem of LPR-N valve,but it is restricted when used in shallow formation.
