摘　　要：为促进高职高专类院校科研工作的开展,准确定位科研工作,以某高职院校为例进行了调研分析,提出了创新整合与共享、竞争与合作、激励与约束、成果评价与转化等科研管理机制。实践表明:科研管理机制创新后促进了高职高专类院校科研工作的开展,取得了明显实效。In order to promote the development of scientific research in higher vocational colleges and accurately position the scientific research work,this paper takes a vocational college as an example to carry out investigation and analysis,and puts forward some scientific research management mechanisms,such as innovation integration and sharing,competition and cooperation,incentive and restriction,achievement evaluation and transformation.The practice shows that the mechanism innovation has promoted the development of scientific research in higher vocational colleges and achieved remarkable results.
