摘　　要：调查导致动力线束过线胶套漏水问题发生的现象,深入探讨引发该问题的原因,针对动力线束过线胶套漏水的问题制定工艺、安装方式、检验规范,固化图纸要求。经批量验证装配,发现上述措施与方案能够解决动力线束过线胶套漏水问题。Investigate the phenomena that lead to water leakage of power harness rubber sleeve, discuss the causes of this problem, and formulate the process, installation method, inspection criteria and solidification drawings for water leakage of power harness rubber issue. After batch assembly verification, it is found that above measures and schemes can solve the problem.
