摘　　要：基于重型汽车线束插接件使用现状,阐明影响线束插接件可靠性因素,分析原因,提出优化方案,实施并验证。效果显著:插接件故障率大幅度降低,可靠性明显提高。Based on the application status of harness sockets for heavy trucks, the factors affecting reliability of harness sockets are clarified. The reasons are analyzed. The optimization scheme is put forward, implemented and verified. The effect is remarkable: the failure rate of the socket is greatly reduced, and the reliability is obviously improved.
